Soyer: We Are Trying To Channel Water From Turkey To Northern Cyprus

LEFKOSA - Prime Minister Ferdi Sabit Soyer of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) said on Friday that they were working on a project aiming to channel water from Turkey to TRNC.
"We have recorded great progress on this matter so far," he added.
Soyer said that the issue (shipping of water from Turkey to TRNC) was discussed in technical committees which were set up within the scope of the new process initiated to settle the Cyprus problem.
He added that the committees were currently working on "peace water" project.
