Meeting Of News Agencies Of Turkish-speaking Countries Ends

BAKU - The 7th general assembly meeting of news agencies of Turkish-speaking countries (TKA) in Azerbaijani capital of Baku ended on Friday.
TKA`s name was changed to "Union of News Agencies with Turkish Language" on the last day of the meeting.
"Tatarinform" (Tatarstan-Russia), "Basinform" (Bashkortostan-Russia) and "Crimean News" (Crimea-Ukraine) news agencies joined the union.
In a closing statement, the union declared that there was a need to develop relations among the member agencies in order to contribute to relations between the peoples of Turkic republics.
