BILECIK - Fifty people died as high-speed train derailed en route from Istanbul to Ankara on Thursday.
According to preliminary reports, 50 died and more than 20 wounded as four of the train's cars overturned near Pamukova town of northwestern Sakarya province.
Search and rescue efforts continue, while the dead were taken to morgues of hospitals.
The injured are being sent to hospitals.
