ANKARA, July 22 (AFP) - Several people were killed or injured Thursday when a train derailed in northwestern Turkey, a local official said.
"We do not have figures yet but we have learned that there are dead and injured," the deputy governor of the province of Sakarya, Orhan Alimoglu, told TRT television.
Several carriages of the train, which was on its way from Istanbul to Ankara, overturned, he said.
