ISTANBUL - Turkish Parliament Speaker Koksal Toptan and State Minister Kursad Tuzmen delivered speeches at the 11th Eurasia Economy Summit in Istanbul on Thursday.
Toptan said Turkey has boosted its strength in Eurasia and became one of the most powerful countries of the region.
"Turkey was a dynamic country with its stable economy and sound international ties", he said.
"Turkey actively contributed to lasting peace and cooperation in Eurasia and it will keep doing so," Toptan added.
The country also became the energy gateway of Eurasia opened to the world thanks to several energy projects, he said.
On his part State Minister Tuzmen said comprehensive and sound cooperation between Eurasian countries was vital to bring stability to global economy.
"Turkey has worked hard to boost its relations with neighboring countries and is eager to cooperate with regional countries," he said.
