GAZIANTEP - Turkish State Minister Mehmet Simsek said on Saturday that once completed, the Southeast Anatolia Project (GAP) will employ 3.8 million individuals.
Speaking to party loyalists of the Justice and Development (AK) Party in southeastern province of Gaziantep, Simsek stressed that "the GAP will be completed in 4-5 years".
"The GAP is not merely one on irrigation and energy. The GAP also has transportation and education dimensions," Simsek also said.
