-2 SOLDIERS & 1 VILLAGE GUARD KILLED
SIRNAK/ANKARA - Two Turkish soldiers and one village guard were killed in clashes with terrorist organization PKK in southeastern province of Sirnak`s Cudi mountain and Uludere town.
Turkish General Staff announced on its web site on Saturday that one of the soldiers and the village guard died after stepping on a land mine in Uludere.
Turkish troops responded fiercely to a group of terrorists that crossed into Turkey from north of Iraq and conducted harassment fires against Turkish troops on Saturday.
