Kayseri Exports Cement To Syria

KAYSERI - Entrepreneurs in Central Anatolian province of Kayseri started to export cement to Syria, Kayseri Cement Factory Director Mehmet Sahin told A.A correspondent on Friday.
"There are demands from Syria, Russia and Iraq. Kayseri Cement Factory has sent 10,000 tones of cement to Syria by rail. We plan to export 50,000 tones of cement to this country till the end of the year," he said.
Sahin said Turkish cement industry made important investments in recent years. "Its production capacity rises everyday," he added.
