ANKARA - Turkish Treasury will host meetings both in Ankara and Brussels with the aim of promoting the Country Partnership Strategy (CPS) and the Country Economic Memorandum (CEM).
The first meeting will take place in Ankara on April 25th while the second one will be held in Brussels on April 28th.
The World Bank Board of Directors affirmed the CPS for Turkey, which forms the frame for the Bank`s financial and technical assistance between the years of 2008 and 2011, on February 28th, 2008.
The Bank also prepared a CEM for Turkey in which issues such as sustainability of rapid growth and efforts to increase employment, competitiveness and productivity are included.
