TRABZON - Hungarian ambassador to Ankara paid a visit to the Black Sea province of Trabzon on Thursday.
Ambassador Istvan Szabo met with Governor Nuri Okutan of Trabzon in his office. During the visit, Okutan said Trabzon and Hungarian city of Szigetvar were already declared "sister cities". "Therefore, we have a special interest in Hungary," Okutan said.
Ambasasdor Szabo said that he arrived in Trabzon in order to hold a series of talks and to watch a football match to be played between Turkish and Hungarian parliamentary teams on April 26th.
Szabo said 15 Hungarian MPs would arrive in Trabzon in the upcoming days and compete with their Turkish counterparts in a match to be played at Trabzon`s Huseyin Avni Aker Stadium.
