ISTANBUL - New Zealand`s Foreign Minister Winstons Peters arrived in Turkey on Tuesday to attend the ceremonies to mark the 93rd Anniversary of Battle of the Dardanelles.
Peters will represent the government of New Zealand at the ceremonies.
Peters will later proceed to Ankara to have talks.
