ANKARA - Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan returned in Turkey after he participated at a meeting which gathered Iraq, its neighbors and in Kuwait.
Babacan met Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al Maliki, U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, his Iraqi counterpart Hoshyar Mahmud Zebari, British Foreign Secretary David Milliband, UN Under-Secretary General for Political Affairs Lynn Pascoe, and Kuwaiti Deputy Prenier and Foreign Minister Muhammad al-Sabah al-Salim al-Sabah.
Babacan delivered a speech at the meeting and said that Turkey wanted to see an Iraq which is free of problems and terrorism, adding that Turkey was ready to help the country in every field.
