ISTANBUL - A Turkish association will promote Turkey`s real estate sector in the Austrian capital, Vienna in May.
The Association of Real Estate Investment Companies (GYODER) would represent Turkey at the "Real Vienna" fair between May 27th and 29th, a statement from the association said on Tuesday.
During the fair, GYODER will also organize a conference on the "Turkish real estate sector" to brief foreign investors on the investment opportunities in Turkey.
The "Real Vienna" is one of the leading trade fairs for commercial and industry properties and real estate investments in Central Europe. It is a platform for business and networking for projects, investments and financing involving various sectors of the economy and several regions focussing on Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe.
GYODER was established on August 2nd, 1999, by the representatives of existing and founding Real Estate Investment Companies (REICs), to promote and represent the promising real estate industry that leads the economy as a locomotive, to encourage the development of the industry and to provide, improve and protect standards for quality, control and education within the sector.
It has been a favorite association for real estate industry representatives by means of organizing conferences, panels, symposiums and training programs. It has more than 100 members today.
