Turkish Defense Industry Aims 1 Bln Usd In Exports

KUALA LUMPUR - Turkish defense industry aims at making an annual exports of 1 billion USD, officials from the defense industry said on Tuesday.
Officials told the A.A correspondent that the exports capacity of Turkish defense industry had been on the rise, attracting attention of several foreign countries in the recent years. Especially countries in the Middle East and Asia attached a great interest in defense industry products of Turkey.
Weapons used by the Turkish troops in military operations were the best reference for foreign countries, officials said.
