N Cyprus President Talat: We Will Work With Goodwill To Solve Cyprus Problem

LEFKOSA - President Mehmet Ali Talat of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) said on Monday that they would work and negotiate with goodwill to solve Cyprus problem.
"We will not leave the table," he told reporters in a meeting in Lefkosa.
Talat said, "different from the past, currently it seems like we are entering a serious negotiation process."
He said that working groups and technical committees would start working on Tuesday.
On March 21st, Talat and Greek Cypriot leader Demetris Christofias decided to set up the groups and committees which held their first meeting on April 18th.
Talat said that the committees and groups would not make negotiation. He added that negotiations would be pursued only by leaders.
Talat said that working groups would examine the stances of Turkish and Greek Cypriot parties and discuss the alternatives, while technical committees would take up problems or possible problems which might emerge regarding daily life. He added that technical committees would find solutions and implement them immediately after leaders` approval.
