ANKARA - Chief of the Royal New Zealand Air Force Air Vice-Marshal Graham Lintott met Turkish Air Forces Commander Gen. Aydogan Babaoglu in Ankara on Monday.
Gen. Babaoglu told reporters prior to the meeting that the guest commander would attend Anzac Day ceremonies which would take place in Gelibolu (Gallipoli) on April 25th.
Gen. Babaoglu said that they would exchange views with Vice-Marshal Lintott during their meeting.
Vice-Marshal Lintott also said that air forces of Turkey and New Zealand took part in several international operations like in Afghanistan.
