GEVAS/MALATYA - Turkish gendarmerie teams confiscated 15 kilograms of heroin in an operation in Gevas town in eastern province of Van on Sunday.
One person was detained in connection with the illicit drugs.
Separately, police seized 11 kilograms of heroin in an operation in eastern province of Malatya. Two people were detained.
