Damascus To Host Turkish Orphan Children On April 23rd

ANKARA - A total of 50 orphan children, who are staying at children`s refuges of Social Services & Children Protection Institution of Turkey (SHCEK), will visit Damascus on April 23rd.
The children between the ages of 12-15 will be the guests of Syrian President`s wife Esma al-Asad on April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children`s Day.
Turkish State Minister Nimet Cubukcu told AA that earlier Esma al-Asad had visited SHCEK institutions in Turkey and requested to host the children in Syria.
Cubukcu said that required preparations were completed for children`s visit to Syria on April 23rd.
The orphan children will stay in Damascus for four days and depart for Turkey on April 27th.
