Turkey's Informatics Market Grows By Almost 14 P.C. To 23.9 Bln Usd

ADANA - Turkey`s informatics technologies market surpassed 23.9 billion USD in 2007, growing 13.9 percent, a research company said on Thursday.
Interpromedya Research Group said that Turkey`s informatics markets is expected to surge by 14 percent to reach 27.2 billion USD in 2008.
Interpromedia predicted that notebook sales in Turkey would exceed 50 percent of all computer sales this year. It said cell phone sales would also rise significantly in 2008 as third generation licences will be issued to GSM operators in Turkey.
