Azerbaijani Chief Judge Meets Turkish Chief Prosecutor

ISTANBUL - An Azerbaijani chief judge had a brief meeting with a Turkish chief prosecutor in Istanbul on Wednesday.
Ramiz Rzayev, the chief judge of Azerbaijan's top court, met Istanbul's chief prosecutor Aykut Cengiz Engin.
Rzayev's visit came after his talks in the capital, Ankara.
During their meeting, Engin briefed Rzayev on Turkish judiciary. Rzayev said Turkish-Azerbaijani cooperation would also contribute to judicial systems.
Rzayev will visit historical and touristic attractions in Istanbul.
The chief judge of Azerbaijan is expected to depart from Turkey on Friday.
Ramiz Rzayev met Turkish Justice Minister Mehmet Ali Sahin, and head of Turkish Court of Appeals, Hasan Gerceker, on Monday, and was received by President Abdullah Gul on Tuesday.
