Turkish Parliament Head Arrives In Germany

DUSSELDORF - Turkey's parliament speaker arrived Wednesday in Germany after concluding his talks in Slovenia.
Speaker Koksal Toptan will meet Regine van Dinther, president of the North Rhine Westphalia State Parliament in Dusseldorf, and hail the state parliament.
Toptan is expected to return to Turkey on Thursday after meeting Armin Laschet, the minister for generations, family, women and integration of the federal state of North Rhine Westphalia.
