Turkey's Budget Deficit Becomes 4.3 Bln Ytl

ANKARA - Turkey's budget deficit became 4.3 billion YTL between January and March 2008, the finance ministry said on Tuesday (one dollar equals 1.31 YTL).
The ministry announced budget figures for the period between January and March 2008.
It said primary surplus amounted to 9.3 billion YTL for the mentioned period.
