Istanbul To Host U.S. Travel Association's Expo Meeting In 2010

ANKARA - The American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) will hold its International Destination Expo (IDE) meeting in Istanbul in 2010, Turkey's association of travel agencies said on Monday.
A statement by the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TURSAB) said Istanbul would host 2010 IDE meeting of ASTA thanks to efforts of Turkish Ministry of Culture & Tourism, TURSAB, Turkish Airlines and ASTA Turkey.
ASTA is one of the world's largest association of travel professionals. It has 20,000-plus members from 140 countries.
