Bush Sends Congratulatory Message To American-turkish Conference

WASHINGTON - U.S. President George W. Bush issued Sunday a congratulatory message for the annual meetings of the American-Turkish Council (ATC), saying that Turkey and the U.S. closely worked together to "advance peace and stability in the world."
Bush said in his message that the two countries were sharing a determination to maintain peace and security around the globe.
The U.S. president also said the ATC meeting was an important opportunity to talk major issues and to develop relations between the two countries.
