Turkey To Speed Up Structural Reforms, Cicek

ANKARA - Turkish State Minister & Deputy PM Cemil Cicek said Monday Turkey will speed up its structural reforms.
"There is an economic crisis in the world, and the government is keeping economic issues on its agenda to minimize the impact of this crisis," Cicek told reporters after the cabinet meeting in capital Ankara.
Cicek said if there are decisions they should take under changing circumstances, they have to make them without losing any time.
"We will speed up our structural reforms," he told.
On the other hand, Cicek said the Council of Ministers decided to establish universities in nine provinces, including Ardahan, Bartin, Bayburt, Gumushane, Hakkari, Igdir, Sirnak, Tunceli and Yalova.
