Northern Cyprus Parliament Rejects C.T.P.'s Early Election Demand

LEFKOSA - Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) parliament rejected on Monday a demand by governmental Republican Turkish Party's (CTP) asking for early elections.
TRNC parliament confirmed today the Parliamentary Legal and Political Affairs Committee's report which rejected CTP's proposal to hold early elections in November.
24 parliamentarians voted in favor of the report while 22 parliamentarians voted against.
