BOSTON - A Turkish-U.S. association held a reception to mark the inauguration of its annual conference at Harvard University in Boston, USA on Friday.
Banu Onural, the chairperson of Turkish-American Scientists and Scholars Association (TASSA), said that the fourth annual conference would mainly focus on the theme "Innovation as Driver for Social Transformation and Economic Growth".
"Those contributing to innovation in every field are participating in our annual conference," Onural said.
TASSA's fourth annual conference includes many distinguished and young speakers, interactive discussion panels, various types of meet-and-greet sessions and a stakeholders' fair.
The conference will end on April 13th.
TASSA is an independent, non-profit and non-political organization established in June 2004 in Washington D.C. The association's vision is to build a sustainable science bridge between USA and Turkey.
