ISTANBUL - Turkey and Albania signed an agreement on Friday to boost cooperation opportunities.
Turkish Minister of Culture & Tourism Ertugrul Gunay and Albanian Minister of Culture & Tourim Ylli Pango signed the cooperation agreement.
Gunay said Turkey was ranked the third biggest trade partner of Albania.
