30th Anniversary Of July 20th Peace And Freedom Day In Northern Cyprus

LEFKOSA - The 30th anniversary of July 20th Peace and Freedom Day will be celebrated in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) on Monday and Tuesday.
Celebrations will be held to mark the anniversary of Peace Operation that had been launched by Turkish Army on July 20th, 1974 under the 1960 Treaty of Guarantee not only to put an end to Greek Cypriot attacks but also to save the Turkish Cypriot people from 11-year-long acts of oppression.
Delegations from Turkey and also from other countries will participate in celebrations in TRNC.
