ANKARA - Turkey will host the Fourth Meeting of Euro-Mediterranean Trade Ministers in Istanbul on July 21st, sources said on Saturday.
Sources said that 36 countries would participate in the meeting while 16 countries would be represented in the level of ministers.
Besides foreign trade ministers of France, Syria, the Netherlands and Egypt, European Union (EU) Commissioner for Trade Pascal Lamy will attend the meeting.
Participants will take up Barcelona process aiming to form a Euro-Mediterranean free trade zone till 2010, and review developments recorded in World Trade Organization (WTO) Development Agenda.
Turkish State Minister Kursad Tuzmen will host the meeting.
