GAZA CITY, July 16 (AFP) - Five French aid workers were abducted by Palestinian gunmen in in the southern Gaza Strip Friday and locked up in a building belonging to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, Palestinian security sources and witnesses told AFP.
The sources said the five, including three men and two women, were taken hostage as they were taking a walk in the refugee camp of Khan Yunis and forcefully led to a dormitory inside the Red Crescent building.
