LJUBLJANA - Turkish FM and Chief Negotiator for EU talks Ali Babacan arrived in Slovenia`s capital of Ljubljana on Friday.
Babacan will attend an informal meeting of EU foreign ministers - the Gymnich - in Brdo on March 29th.
Babacan is expected to hold meetings with various European ministers.
Babacan will return to Turkey on Saturday.
