VIENNA - Turkish Finance Minister Kemal Unakitan, who is currently on a formal visit to Vienna, Austria met Veit Sorger, president of the Federation of Austrian Industry, on Friday.
Unakitan and Sorger discussed investment opportunities in Turkey during their meeting. Unakitan invited Austrian industrialists to invest in Turkey.
Later in the day, Unakitan will meet his Austrian counterpart Wilhelm Molterer and they will sign an agreement on prevention of double taxation between Turkey and Austria.
Unakitan will also meet Turkish businessmen residing in Austria at Turkish Embassy in the evening.
