LEIDEN - Turkish FM and Chief Negotiator for EU talks Ali Babacan completed his official talks in the Netherlands on Thursday.
Babacan is on his way to Turkey after departing from Rotterdam in a private plane.
Babacan met on Thursday Dutch Justice Minister Ernst Hirsch Ballin and State Secretary in charge of refugees and prisons Nebahat Albayrak in a meeting that was closed to the press.
Later, Babacan and his wife met Princess Maxima.
Babacan met former Dutch Foreign Minister Bernard Bot and several prominent Dutch businessmen over lunch.
FM Babacan delivered a speech titled "Political and Legal Reforms in Turkey and Democratization" at the Leiden University`s Law Faculty.
In his speech, Babacan emphasized that Turkey shares all the political, economic and cultural values of Europe.
