Closure Case Against Ak Party

PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION OF INDICTMENT ON MONDAY, CHIEF JUDGE

ANKARA - Hasim Kilic, chief judge of the Turkish Constitutional Court, said Thursday they would most probably make the preliminary examination of the indictment (about closure case against the Justice & Development Party) on March 31st.
Kilic told reporters that the rapporteur would complete his report on Friday at latest.
He added that if the rapporteur completed the report, the court would start the case on Monday.
