I Am Not Against Constitutional Amendment On Closure Of Parties, Toptan

ANKARA - Turkish Parliament Speaker Koksal Toptan said Wednesday he is not against a constitutional amendment that will make closure of a political party more difficult.
"Parties should not be closed easily. I think exchange of views between the political parties on the timing (of the amendment) will be beneficial," he told reporters.
