ANKARA (CIHAN) - Syrian Prime Minister Muhammad Naji al-Utri arrived in Turkish capital Ankara on Tuesday for two-day official visit.
The visiting Prime Minister was received by Turkish Foreign Trade Minister Kursat Tüzmen at the Esenboga Airport.
The Syrian Prime Minister will carry out high-profile talks for two days in Istanbul and Ankara. The free trade zone between two countries and cooperation in fighting the PKK as well as recent developments in Iraq and the Middle East will top the official.
The Syrian Prime Minister will be received by Turkish President Ahmet Necdet Sezer, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Foreign Minister Abdullah Gül and Turkish Parliament Speaker Bülent Arinç.
Meanwhile Israili Deputy Prime Minister Ehud Olmert is expected to arrive in Ankara at Tuesday evening.
