Erdogan And Cheney Take Up Afghanistan's Stability And Iran's Nuclear Program

ANKARA - Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan and U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney debated Monday possible contributions to Afghanistan`s stability and Iran`s nuclear program.
According to sources, Cheney arrived in Turkey, the last stop of his tour to Middle East, around noon on Monday.
Cheney and Erdogan also discussed bilateral relations as well as other issues concerning the two countries, sources said.
Turkish PM and U.S. vice president once more confirmed determination to cooperate against terrorism in their meeting.
On the other hand, Cheney expressed their concerns over "nuclear armament program" of Iran. Erdogan said Iran should work with the International Atomic Energy Agency, and negotiate and solve the problem in a way to eliminate concerns of the international community.
