We Affirmed Our Desire To Carry Relations Among Turkey And Turkmenistan Further, Gul

ANKARA - Turkish President Abdullah Gul said Monday that during his talks with President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow, they affirmed mutual desire to carry relations among the two countries further.
Gul and Berdimuhamedow held a press conference following their tete-a-tete meeting in Ankara on Monday.
"We discussed bilateral relations from all perspectives and exchanged viewpoints in order to increase cooperation between Turkey and Turkmenistan. I would like to emphasize that our discussions were helpful, fruitful and will shed light on our future relations," Gul noted.
"My dear brother Berdimuhamedow and I affirmed that we have the opportunities to develop our bilateral relations," Gul stressed.
"We are committed to using this potential between Turkey and Turkmenistan," Gul stated.
"We had a chance to elaborate on international issues related to our two countries," Gul underlined.
President Gul said important documents were signed with Berdimuhamedow on consolidation of relations between the two countries.
Cooperation protocols were signed with Turkmenistan on Monday in the fields of television and economy and between foreign ministries of Turkey and Turkmenistan.
