LONDON/ANKARA - Global Developments Department of the British daily "Financial Times", said Turkey continued to attract direct foreign investments despite political instability.
Financial Times daily and The Banker magazine will hold a leg of the "Capital Markets Series" in Turkey on April 29th.
A press release issued by the Global Developments Department said Turkey was going through a major period of uncertainty and said it had an important influence on the economy.
It said despite the political instability, Turkey was among the most preferred emerging markets for global investors and continued to draw direct foreign investments.
Many economists and experts from Turkey and abroad will discuss the Turkish markets and the future of the Turkish economy in the light of global economic developments at the meeting on April 29th.
