Turkish P.M. Meets Romanian Senate President

ANKARA - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan met Nicolae Vacaroiu, the President of the Romanian Senate, on Monday.
Vacaroiu, who arrived in Turkey earlier in the day, met Turkish Parliament Speaker Bulent Arinc. Arinc and Vacaroiu later held a joint press conference.
In the press conference, Vacaroiu extended full support to Turkey's European Union (EU) membership.
Vacaroiu was then received by Turkish President Ahmet Necdet Sezer.
