ANTALYA - Last year's Eurovision Song Contest winner Turkish Sertab Erener and this year's winner Ukrainian Ruslana Lyzichko took the stage together in Belek town of southern Antalya province on Saturday.
Erener and Ruslana, who gave separate concerts, dueted in Erener's song in English ''Here I Am''.
Sertab Erener song her old and new songs, including her song ''Everyway that I can'' which brought last year's Eurovision Song Contest award to Turkey.
Ruslana, who took the stage after Erener, amazed the spectators with her songs and dance show.
Around 30 foreign journalists from Russia, German, the Netherlands, Britain, Greece, Ukraine and Romania watched Erener and Ruslana's concert besides Turkish and foreign tourists.
Two singers held a joint press conference before their concert. Ruslana said that this was her second visit to Turkey after May's Eurovision Song Contest held in Istanbul, and expressed pleasure to share the same stage with Erener.
Ruslana also expressed pleasure with hospitality of managers of the hotel she was staying in Antalya.
Erener, in her part, said she was pleased to share the same stage with Ruslana.
Turkey won the Eurovision Song Contest in 2003 for the first time since it joined the contest in 1975. Erener's song ''Everyway that I can'' brought Turkey the award.
Thus, this year's contest was held in Turkey for the first time. Ruslana won Eurovision Song Contest 2004 with her song ''Wild Dances.''
