ISTANBUL - Turkish State Minister Mehmet Simsek returned to Turkey on Friday after concluding his meetings in the United States.
Simsek delivered a speech at an international conference titled "Turkey After 2008" held in New York, had a meeting with International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn in Washington, D.C., and delivered a speech at Georgetown University on Turkish economy.
