Essential Feature Of Nevruz Is To Share Everything In Life In Unity, Gul

ANKARA - Turkish President Abdullah Gul said Thursday the essential feature of Nevruz is the will to share everything in life in unity.
"Nevruz, which is celebrated as the messenger of spring for thousands of years in our geography that is a basin of a rich and deep civilization, has a feature that can comply with every culture," Gul told in the message he released on the occasion of Nevruz to be celebrated on Friday.
Gul said Turkey sees Nevruz as one of the most important symbols for a march and development of all neighboring countries from the Balkans to the Central Asia on the road to peace, welfare and democracy.
"I hope culture of Nevruz will bring societies closer to each other, and will be an opportunity for tolerance, affection and peace," he also said.
