ANKARA - The Central Bank of Turkey raised its year-end inflation expectation to 7.27 percent on Thursday.
According to the second expectation survey of the bank in March, the inflation figure in consumer prices rose to 7.27 percent from 7.02 percent.
The bank expected the year-end current (accounts) deficit around 43.1 billion USD. The previous survey forecast it around 42.2 billion USD.
On the other hand, the bank increased its year-end USD expectation to 1.3250 new Turkish liras (YTL) from 1.3011 YTL.
