Ship Stranded Offshore Cesme Being Pulled To Port By Tugboats

IZMIR - A ship named ''Istanbul S'' which was trapped 300 meters offshore Cesme Port of western Izmir province is pulled by tugboats, sources said on Saturday.
The ship carrying 800 passengers from Italy was stranded off Cesme Port late on Friday due to failure in its generators.
Sources told A.A correspondent that one of six passengers who were brought to the port due to health problems was taken to the hospital and given medical treatment.
Cesme subgovernor Mehmet Baygul said that three tugboats were pulling the ship to the port, adding that the ship was expected to dock within an hour.
