Two Policemen Injured In Molotov Cocktail Attack In Istanbul

ISTANBUL - Two policemen were injured late on Friday in a molotov cocktail attack on their vehicle in Istanbul, sources said.
Sources told A.A correspondent that three people hurled molotov cocktail on a police vehicle in Beyoglu district of Istanbul, breaking a fire and slightly injuring two policemen Cahit Topbasioglu and Hikmet Kaygusuz.
The fire was put out by people around, the sources said.
Topbasioglu and Kaygusuz were hospitalized immediately after the attack.
Police have launched an operation in the vicinity to capture the assailants.
