State Minister Atalay Leaves For Austria To Attend Funeral Of Late President Klestil

ANKARA - Turkish State Minister Besir Atalay left for Austrian capital Vienna on Friday to attend the funeral of late President Thomas Klestil of Austria.
Talking to the A.A correspondent at Ankara's Esenboga Airport prior to his departure, Atalay said that the funeral would take place in Vienna on Saturday.
Noting that he would extend condolences to Austrian people on behalf of Turkish people, Atalay added that he would also hold some talks with officials of some countries.
Atalay is expected to return to Turkey late on Saturday.
Klestil, 71, died on Tuesday of multiple organ failure, just two days before the end of his second six-year term.
