Summer Time Practice To Start On March 30th

ANKARA - Summer time practice will begin at 03:00 a.m. on March 30th.
Clocks will be advanced by one hour to use day light more.
Council of Ministers will decide how long will summer time practice continue within the scope of a decree which has been sent by Energy & Natural Resources Ministry.
Last year`s summer time practice ended on October 28th, 2007.
Beginning and ending dates of summer time practice are decided by Council of Ministers.
On the other hand, Energy Affairs Director General Budak Dilli told AA that they are working on an initiative to extend advanced hour practice to the whole year, and the Council of Ministers will make the final decision on the issue.
