ISTANBUL - Rona Yircali, president of Turkey's Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK), called for a boost in Turkish-Estonian trade relations.
"Turkish exports to Estonia in 2007 were 80 million USD and its imports were 170 million USD. The amount is not enough and we need to change it," Yircali told an Istanbul forum on information and communications technology.
Rona said despite a fluctuation in world economy, Turkey's condition was "good," and the country was ranked the 57th among 178 countries on a World Bank list of most favorable countries to do business.
